Sessions are one-on-one meetings, usually 50-60 minutes long. All sessions are conducted online (the video conferencing platform will be provided to you), though in-person options can be discussed if relevant.

While coaching is highly customized, and no two sessions are exactly alike, we generally adhere to this format:

  1. Check-In (First 5-10 minutes): We begin by reviewing your progress since the last session and confirming the specific topic or challenge you want to address further.
  2. Deep Dive & Exploration (30-40 minutes): This is the core of the session.
  3. Action & Commitment (Last 5-10 minutes): We conclude by clarifying key insights, defining specific, actionable steps (homework) you will take before our next meeting, and confirming your commitment to those actions.

How do your coaching programs work?

We offer several coaching program formats to meet different needs:

  • The CORE Coaching Program: a 7-session structured journey designed for more complex topics, or for deep transformation.
  • Flexible Coaching Program: pay-per-session for those who prefer adaptability and on-point support.

  2. Confirm the Approach: If we both agree to move forward, we’ll establish the key elements of your coaching program, including duration, session frequency, cost and payment method.
  3. Complete the Paperwork and Payment: You will receive a formal Coaching Agreement to sign. At this time, you’ll also submit the upfront payment for your first session or entire coaching program (as agreed).
  4. Start Booking Sessions: Once the agreement and payment are complete, you’ll gain access to our online availability calendar to easily book your sessions.

For prepaid coaching programs, we are committed to finding a fair solution. This may include program adjustments or a partial refund for unused sessions. We also offer a guarantee that we will discuss the possibility of a refund for your most recent session. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority.

How do payments work?

  • The CORE Coaching Program is paid upfront, at a preferential rate compared to individual sessions.
  • The Flexible Coaching Program is paid per session, each one paid upfront.
  • Corporate Coaching Programs are invoiced according to the agreed package.

Payments are simple and secure, with receipts provided for each transaction. We accept payments online (by credit/debit card) or via bank transfer.

What is your policy for rescheduling or canceling a coaching session?

We understand that sometimes life happens. To ensure fairness for both you and your coach, we adhere to the following policy:

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: You may reschedule or cancel your session without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • How to Reschedule/Cancel: Please notify us via email, or text message.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the start time, or if you do not show up for your session, will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and will result in the session fee being fully charged.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Everything shared in coaching sessions remains strictly private, unless you give explicit permission otherwise (for example, in corporate settings where limited progress updates may be required).
