Stefan Chirila, PCC
Hi! I’m an ICF PCC Certified Coach, with 20+ years in Tech Leadership, Agile Engineering Management, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Governance (P3M), helping leaders and professionals achieve clarity, confidence, and sustainable high performance.
Built on a solid academic foundation—including a Technical University of Iasi degree, a Master’s in International Business, and multiple specialized certifications—and over 20 years in the demanding IT field, my perspective is multi-dimensional. Based in Iași, Romania, my career has spanned digital entrepreneurship, web development, management, leadership and coaching, culminating in my last management role at one of the largest Dutch IT multinational companies. Here, for 8 years, I managed an entire Software Department of ~ 90 tech professionals, practicing the essential leadership qualities needed to navigate constant business changes and challenging IT environments.
In addition to operational leadership, I bring certified expertise across all three P3M levels – Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management, having partnered with organizations to elevate and fortify their P3M governance structures. My execution architecture is grounded in extensive hands-on experience with Agile methodologies at scale (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and IT Service Management (ITSM)—ensuring strategic alignment, operational resilience, and value delivery across complex business ecosystems.
I’m also an Professional Certified Coach, ICF – PCC and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This commitment ensures my coaching practice is grounded in ethics, clearly defined competencies, and high professional standards.
In my transformational coaching practice, I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), Solution-Focused Coaching (SFC), Positive Psychology Coaching (PPC), Ontological Coaching, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Coaching (MBCC), and Transactional Analysis (TA). I also leverage a data-driven approach by using validated psychometric assessments (including EQ-i 2.0™, Watson-Glaser, CTPI-R, Raven, WPI- Work Personality Index® or custom suites) and incorporate modern techniques like AI, VR-based simulations, mindfulness, and neuroscience-based tools to deepen client self-awareness and accelerate growth.
Beyond my professional expertise, I’m a father of two children whose personal pursuits inform my coaching. My active engagement in sports aligns with my focus on high performance and resilience, while my interest in human behaviors, spirituality and technology shapes my holistic approach. Guided by a focus on growth, balance, inner satisfaction, and grounded in Christian values, I am committed to helping clients achieve personal and professional success while maintaining a healthy lifestyle and personal integrity.

Andreea Chirila, PhD
Hi! I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and PhD in Psychology. Over the years, I explored the field of psychology in depth and breadth, including spending 8 years in academia, engaged in scientific research and teaching seminars in Cognitive Psychology, Educational Psychology, and Professional Practice. For the past 10 years, my focus has been on psychotherapy.
I am a certified Integrative Psychotherapist and hold specializations in EMDR Therapy and Imago Relationship Therapy. I’m also currently training in Somatic Experiencing.
Throughout my career, I have led collaborative projects with IT companies, helping boost productivity by applying psychometric assessments or psychotherapy-based methods and techniques. My work supports professionals in their personal growth, fosters effective collaboration, and helps maintain an optimal mindset and energy level.
